Automated customer loyalty program for SpaBooker

Supplier: Booker

More Booker details
Cloud-based software provider Booker has launched a new product to help spas simplify customer loyalty and encourage repeat custom. Promote is a preset email program that sends smart incentives based on each customer’s last visit to motivate them to rebook appointments.

Pricing for Promote starts at US$25 (€18, £15) a month and the program runs automatically and integrates with existing SpaBooker accounts.

Josh McCarter, CEO of Booker, says: “We conducted early market testing with a select group of businesses, all of whom saw significant increases in customer retention and in new bookings. In the first three months, we found that Promote generates an average of a 10x return on investment – it’s exciting to see how a single tool can make a business much more successful.”
