Burlexercise incorporates dance and resistance fitness
Burlexercise is a dance and resistance fitness workout incorporating showgirl dance moves and traditional Burlesque technique, with a resistance workout using weighted feather boas.
Running across the UK and Germany, it aim to create a fun, entertaining atmosphere with music from Copa Cabana, Electro Swing, Moulin Rouge, Beyoncé; Prince and Glee.
It can be low or high intensity so caters for all ages. The choreography and music is changed every 10 weeks with new exercises, bringing different challenges and new tracks to sing along to.
There are various usage options, with a license fee for Burlexercise instructors, including marketing and fitness kit, or Venue License Agreements for employed instructors.
