Canada-based global spa and skincare brand G.M.Collin has created a new solution to meet the needs of the driest skin types.

Its new Nutritive Cream product has been developed to both nourish dry skin and improve luminosity. G.M.Collin claims the formula helps regenerate the skin’s hydration barrier by providing lipid supplements, while also protecting the skin against environmental aggressors.

The product is available for at-home use and in professional spa settings during massages or as a final step at the end of a treatment protocol.

G.M.Collin’s senior director of export Dany Brind’Amour explained the story behind the product’s inception to Spa Business.

“Canada has some of the most extreme weather in the world, with summers above 35OC and Winters as low as -35OC. This climate forces us to create highly innovative, protective and nutritive skincare products to nourish, strengthen and protect skin against the harsh environment.

“The Nutritive Cream was created in the world’s most severe climate and our clinical trial showcases the amazing results this product provides for those with dry, chapped and compromised skin. 97 per cent of participants noticed that their skin was more nourished, feels more comfortable and is softer after use.”

Enriched with ceramides, the product is made using 100 per cent sustainably-sourced natural red maple bark, chestnut extract and shea and moringa butter.

G.M. Collin develops superior skincare products, from preventive care to combating the first signs of aging and for mature skin, achieving unmatched results for all skin types and conditions, thanks to its recognised expertise and innovative ingredients.
