Attracting a lot of interest at Leisure Industry Week recently was Dri-Dek®, an interlocking, self-draining floor system ideal for situations like pools, spas, shower rooms, saunas, locker rooms and fitness areas and places that get wet.
Designed by Dek-Tec, it has inbuilt Oxy-B1™, which is claimed to provide long-term permanent protection against mould, mildew and bacteria and to keep areas fresh and minimise the transfer of infections.
It is also resistant to weather, flammability and chemicals and just needs hosing down for cleaning.
The tiles are available with safety edge strips and corner sections to complement design layouts, are fully guaranteed for five years and there is a selection of twelve colours to choose from.
